Sighting - G'burg Maryland

Wondered who drives the white stock MX-3 RS I saw Friday, 5/19 @8:40a on the Rockville/G'burg border, Southbound on Rt. 355 near Walnut Hill Shopping Ctr. Maryland lic. tag and the rear tag trim pc. had "Anch AK" in silver letters.
Car was in nice lookin shape & haven't seen it before... aren't very many MX-3's left in this area. I usually only see a couple each month on the road.
