like the subject says has anyone ever done it because i am changing my tranny next week and i was wondering if i should squirt a bit of lucas in it along with my gm syncromesh

Just stick with the syncromesh, its good s---. Cured my notchy shifting problem and shifts like butter no matter what the weather is.

DONT DO IT DONT DO IT MAN.....when i blew my ze homeboy hex took it apart and found foam residue that was created by lucas....dont do it

DO NOT.. i repeat DO NOT USE LUCAS! it foams ar high rpms. Do some research on yahoo and you will find tests statin this info. I leaves a sludgy residue iside the engine + reving high it WILL kill engine.. not transmission i dont know...i would rather use redline gear oil or simply regular.

MX-3 w/ curved neck millenia klde, boosted @ 5 psi. /bov and wastegate are good!/ nitto drag radial/ gutted interior/ millenia red top injectors, vortech fmu/aem wideband/ all bolts ons/ Car put together 100% by me. Mechanic? who needs a mechanic? ew.. real men work on their own cars!

I've noticed others using gm syncromesh. Where do you all find this brand? Is it better than Redline?

its just GeneralMotors (GM) manual transmission fluid. just go to the parts and service desk at any gm dealership to get it
