Every time I post , read a private message or even when I try to read the next PM , change forums , send a pm or email it keeps asking me to log-in , even if I am already logged in.

have u tried clicking the tiny white box that says ''remember me'' if not try it, it will always keep u logged on even when u shut ur comp down and restart and come back onto the sight u will be automatically logged in..

Delete your cookies.
Close your browser.
Login, check "remember me"
You should be good to go.
You may have your browser set not to store/accept cookies. If so, you will always get that.

ummmmmm I didn't think of that !! Thanks Dude !! ummmmmmm been there done that. still didn't work.
