KL-ZE 2.5L - $1100

Ok guys, here's the scoop.<P>I'm getting at least 2, maybe 3 true 2.5L KLZE engines next week. For those who don't follow this type of stuff, that is the 200hp JDM 2.5L engine that is a direct bolt in swap for the 93+ V6 Probe GT, 626 and MX-6. They're going to cost $1125us each, perhaps as low as $1075us if I can be assured I can sell all the engines. One is for me, another 2 are available first come first serve. I cannot take credit cards myself, sorry, but I can accept paypal if you eat the 2.5% charge. However, having said that I would prefer you to use a money order.<P>I am going to personally inspect these engines myself and ensure that they are in top shape and the compression is good. See the pics at the bottom of this message. As with almost all JDM engines, the mileage is usually low (although unconfirmable, people usualy say 30-40K miles).<P>There is a SMALL chance I might get ONE 5 speed LSD equipped transmission. Don't get your hopes up, but it's possible, email me if your interested in that...<P>The engines will be delivered to me (I'm in Canada, by very near Rochester NY), an I'll have them properly packed onto a skid. Shipping should be $200-300us if you're on the east coast, perhaps slightly more for west coast (I don't regularly ship engines outside Canada, so I'll have to find out). Send me a zip code and I'll confirm. Shipping will likely take 1-3 weeks again depending on how far from me you are. For any of my Canadian buddies out there, definately get ahold of me cause I can probably arrange shipping for you for next to nothing, making this an even sweeter deal...<P>To those wondering about who I am and the trust factor, I'm one of the moderators of the MX-3 mailing list, and I've done several successful groups buys for the MX-3 community. For what it's worth, I personally guarantee Sean is 100% legit, and all about helping out the MX-3 community. He's been around longer than I--by a good bit I'd say--and is a pioneer in the MX-3 performance world. If I wasnt' dirt poor, I'd have $1100 cash in the mail to him now.

Since I have not found a source of my burning oil problem yet and intersested in the extra hp. what do you figure the ship charges to Calgary Alberta be. Company cheque is not a problem with me, if you get it certified first. As for the how to, it's a bolt in fit except you'd have to swap intake manifolds for it to fit an MX-3. But yes, as always I can be of help if you need it with the swap, whether you get an engine from me or not, I'm always glad to see more 2.5L MX-3s on the road...<P>Again, unfortunately it looks like I already have too many buyers and not enough engines. I've already agreed to hold these engines for people for a few days. Serious buyers, please email me directly so I can add you to the list if somebody back out or if I happen to get a extra motor.
