Would anyone know how to wire a HKS additional injector controler to a V6 wiring harness?? Or even know what wires are for what on the unit itself??

Didn't see any wiring charts right off on HKS's site. They would probably e-mail you one though. The following is the minimum obvious wiring that will need to be done:
-RPM signal....it may use the OEM injection signal obtained through one of the injector ground wires (ECU grounds it to fire the injector). DO NOT use the ign. 12v switched hot wire. Use a volt meter with the Ign. switch at the ON position (do not start car) to test each pin on the OEM injector clip (take the injector out). One will read 12v and the other 0v. Use the 0v wire to obtain your OEM injection signal. Your voltmeter neg. probe needs to be grounded to the chassis while testing the inj. clip pins with the positive probe.
-MAP signal...unless it has a built in sensor...0-5v signal changes in relation to boost pressure and vac. MSD map sensors are available thru JEGS.
-POWER signal...I'd recommend using a 30amp realay from Radio Shack. There is a wiring diagram on the back of the relay package (around $7). The relay uses your Ign. switched wire signal to close the relay circuit and feed your auxilary device (AIC in your case) voltage straight from the battery. Since the AIC is controlling injectors it has a built in injector driver and they consume a good bit of power. The AIC may use both an ign. switched wire and a constant (battery) wire. In that case it means the AIC has a built in relay.
-GROUND signal...chassis ground to BARE shiny metal.
-ILLUMINATION signal...if equipped can be ran to the radio illumination wire or to a ign. switched 12v wire
-AIC injector harness wires are probably all grounds on individual inj. drivers. One wire per injector. You will DEFFINATELY need to contact HKS for details on these. The AIC could possibly have both power and grounds for the injectors or could work butt backwards a normal EMS's injector drivers
-Injector power....+12v ign. switched...unless the AIC supplies this as well
These are how most ECU's are wired (basically). Please use this only as a ref. You really need to contact HKS and obtain the proper wiring diagram for your AIC. Once you obtain it I can help you out a LOT more.

thats the thing i tried to get the info from them, but they told me they could not give me the info because the product was over 2 years old??
