Eunos 30x Radio/Clock Electrics

Post by Petra »

I'm not that great with cars, and have very little knowledge of electrics. Was hoping someone on here would be able to help me with a little problem.

Basically, my clock nor radio work. The fuses are all intact. However, there is a strange occurence. If, I take two fuses of the same amperage (not sure what fuses they are for) and swap them, the clock and radio will work for about 5 minutes. If I wait a couple of days, and try this again, the same thing will happen. However, if I try for a second time straight after doing it a first time, there will be no affect at all.

Would be grateful for some advice on this matter.

Looks like your power supply to your radio/clock system (they are on the same fuse) is erratic. Is your car rusted? If yes, you might have some wires stripped from their protection and touching the body of the car, which is the negative reference.

Did you change your radio unit or played with some wires in that corner??
