TIMING QUESTION please help

ok so i just did the hei mod and my car has been screwed up ever since i replced the crank angle sensor cause i was getting a dtc for it and i put my car in diagnostic mode to time it and once i pulled the jumper wire out it died and i coudlnt start it again

Pull any stored codes. That may give a direction on what the problem may be.
