NEW MX-3 According to motor trend

Well i picked up the new motor trend to check out the new and upcoming cars *specificaly the gallardo spyder and audi A8 featuring the same motor sue me i'm a raging bull fan* as i was flipping through they say withen the next year or to to expect a concept and a production car possibly RWD using the miata's engine i will scan the aritcle in if you all wish.

Its all hype right now then

HOPEFULLY, they end up using a K series engine... not some "miata" engine

Mazda better not get the {removed}
image to the new gen MX3s like they have been with the Miatas

RWD it will be powered be either a rotory or the MZR v4 190hp engine.

If Mazda would want a new Mx3 to compete with the Civics, Preludes or Accords, a rotory engine be tight only if it is a 2nd option next to a V6 model

No i would rather have the MZR 190hp motor. Its alot lighter of a motor. There is a rumer going around that this car might be lighter then the miata. =)

It's true, The K-Series went from 91 in the Mx-3 until the end of the 626 in 2001. Ther'e no point in bringing back 10year old engine technilogy. They can make smaller engines with more power and better fuel economy nowadays with today's technology. The K-series has been replaced by the Ford Duratec 30 3.0L V6
