Macen - 1993 MX-3 GS-RL (KL-DE)
History:
I purchased the car in the summer 2004 after I sold my 1992 turquoise GS.
In the end of the summer 2004 I did a KL-DE swap. The engine had been used for 158950km's.
Engine:
-KL-DE
-KL-A2 ECU
-NGK spark plugs
Exhaust:
-SSAutochrome stainless steel performance headers
-JCP 2.25" stainless steel cat back system
-Magnaflow race catalytic converter
Drivetrain:
-K8 flywheel
-Exedy clutch
-Unorthodox Racing underdrive crank pulley
-Polyurethane filled engine mounts
-SRD engine mount member bushings
-SRD shifter extension rod bushing
-SRD bronzoil shifter bushingsCorksport stainless steel clutch line
Suspension:
-Red Konis
-H&R springs
-SRD front control arm bushing inserts
-Corksport rear strut tower bar
Brakes:
-Brembo plain discs
-Hawk HPS & Ferodo Premier brake pads
-Mazda 929 master brake cylinder (to be installed)
-Goodridge stainless steel brake hoses
-Motul RBF 600 brake fluid
Rims and tires:
-Street: 205x45 Toyo T1-R on 16" full royal sports bronze Rota Sub-Zeros
-Track: 195x55 Bridgestone RE540S on 15" original rims
Interior and exterior:
-Stock (the way it should be)
-Two MOMO RS GT seats
Stereo and speakers:
-iPod Nano 2GB (54 grams) + Etymotic ER6 earphones
Other upgrades:
-Lightweight battery
-Sparco R383 racing steering wheel
-Rear wiper arm and engine removed
-Rear seats and rear interior removed
-Rear asphalt mats removed
Future plans:
-Relocate the battery to the rear
-Four point racing seat belt
-LSD gear box
-KL-ZE cams

Hard to say since this is my first setup. But I like them. It handles very well. A bit too hard as a daily driver, but that's not the purpose of my car. 
Yes, they are cartridges. You have to cut off the top of your stock struts and drill a hole in the bottom of the strut and insert the new one. Not that hard. I did it almost by myself, and I'm no mechanic.

Some updates:
-New Sparco R383 racing steering wheel
-Removed the asphalt mats from the rear
-Put back the stock air box and modified the SS pipes to fit
Next thing will be to relocate the battery to the rear.

Your car would look great with some clear side turn signal.

And today the new JPC SS exhaust system (designed for the 323F 90-94) was mounted.
The test pipe that was included in the exhaust system didn't fit at all. The pipe between the cat and the resonator had to be cut off to make my race cat fit. A bit sad to cut the SS pipe.
