I was converting the on e i have ti fiber glass but ill do it in the summer and sell it..can anyone give me some good experience from any seller from ebay? all of them have at least one negative comment recently that the hoods did not fit right or were damaged and I dont want to risk it.

from carbonproducts carbonproducts

I asked around to their previous sellers and they say its good, other say the hood broke and they got a refund (hood broke at their shop not at sellers home) i hope it goes well. MY brother reclearcoated his even if it was new and it looks even better. I dont want mine to start peeling like the previous one.

I bought a carbon fiber hood from carbonproducts. it has some flaws.
2 places it have "stretches" in the weaves. Is this normal or is it a B stock hood they sold to me?

I personally wouldn't say it's normal but I do not have a cf hood. Most A grade hoods should have no marks IMO.

I am looking for a company get a CF hood from myself oem style. I thought place was from Oscar @ a shop that started with P I forget it's named, bookmarked at home.

Last I tried site was down

WOAH i got my hood today..installed and WOAH its flawless (looks) of course theres the regular somewhat fitment issues but its actually pretty good!! payed 175 shipping and around 175 - 200 for the hood. I will be using hood pins..last hood I had did noit need em but this one seems to need them, this hoopd is way more flexible than the other one i had and has alot of clearcoat which is good. seems to be more tough and sturdy. Good buy IMO !! ill post pics in a few mins
