My car is on crack.

Ok heres the deal...I will be driving, I know my clutch is going we've discussed it in other topics but when i'm driving along and for somereason I need to mash the gas pedal to the floor, when I do this barely anything happens with the shitty K8 motor under 4,000 RPM but as soon as it hits 4,000 RPM I can feel the motor seriously push out the puny horse power it has.
Example : today i went to 7-11 for some sprite , on the way there I was just cruising around 2,500 - 3,000 RPm and I wanted to test my theory out so at 40 MPH ( I was in fifth XD ) I dropped it to third, mashed the gas, RPM shot up, as soon as it hit somewhere around 4,100 RPM My car jerked and hella went fast almost like I spooled up a turbo and unleashed it ( For what it is anyways. ) but any other time under that set RPM , my car behaves like a Escort weird ? It threw my head back a bit and on my G-tech box it showed I hit .37 G-force when I hit 4,000 RPM. Wtf ?

I couldn't give a crap about that K8 , when my DE is done..I am going to throw a rod or something intentionally on the K8 just to motivate me to change motors
