did u sleep in the day before? try to get 7-8 hrs sleep and no more. Also a cooler temperature bedroom is better. Barry is right in that u should avoid stimulants and sugars b4 bed. Also a hot glass of milk (flavoured) would help as milk has tryptophan which induces sleep (also tryptophan is a prescription drug for sleep). If u can't sleep after 15-30 mins get up and do something non stimulating for 15 mins and then try again.
goodluck.

cures for no sleep are as follows
1) Smoke pot- illegal in most areas but effective

2) Have sex or masturbate- It's a proven fact that when a man ejaculates his body releases a chemical that makes him tired.

3) exercise- this helps release unwanted energy so you can sleep.

4) take sleeping pills

Like he mentioned they're all true. Go spend $60-$80 on a boxing bag and spend 10minutes a night letting out some anger. You'll soon put yourself to sleep.

Or if you dont wanna spend money do situps/pushups

I have a lot of trouble sleeping (hence my subscription to a 24 hour gym) but this little suggestion knocks me out flat everytime. Eating turkey works better then sleeping pills for me.

lol Like I said, eat turkey. It has some sort of natural sleep-aid. It's very effective. I'm always ready for a nap just a short while after a turkey dinner.
