Very nice. One more reason why not to criticise a MX-3

Thanks for the comments guys ! The steering wheel came from a 2002 Mazda Protegé5.
The following mods have been done on the steering wheel:
-Remove the airbag from the center of the wheel (held in place with rivets) and explode it (120v AC, at distance) to just keep the bracket (with the bag there's no place, the horn/cruise connector touches the airbag, that's why you need to remove the bag by exploding it).
(I was afraid to do this, BE CAREFUL and i'm not responsible at all about what you decide to do with this)
-Grind the slot where the Mx-3 Connector (for horn/cruise, at the back of the steering wheel's center) penetrates. Oversize it to make sure the connector slips in.
-Drill a set of holes (grooves) for the flasher activation pins because the ones drilled on the P5 steering wheel are horizontal (and we want vertical ones like on the Mx-3).
-Re-wire the cruise control and horn to combine Mx-3 harness to Protege cruise switch.
-Keep the original 13/16'' Mx-3 steering wheel bolt to bolt up the protege steering wheel
P.S: This can be done in one hour, and you can pick a steering wheel from a Protege 2L too or P5. Miata one will be a possible fit too, but i haven't seen one yet to confirm.
Note: Steering both have the same Radius. Exactly the same.
