i know this may sound kinda newbie to ask but when i drive my mx-3 around and i park it in the garage and i leave i hear a slight ticking or dripping sound it does go away after ahile, but i dont know what it is? is it just the engine cooling down? the ticking is only occuring when i turn off the car and leave it over night till i gotta use it in the morning but the ticking is gone by the time its the next day and i dont hear it when i drive or anything any clues??? i did a search nothing similar to mine

How loud is the ticking?

Its coming from the Exhaust just like that other thread says. Just don't worry about it. ANy car will do it at the right Temperature.

well the ticking is a constent repeditive (tick) 1-2 sec (tick) 1-2 sec (tick) so on so fourth so most likely it is just the pipes cooling down just wanted to check with you guys ... i guess i should not look into it as much. but any noise i think u should always check into u, may never know. i can be driving and BOOM! my axel falls off ! lol

Ya, your right, or the flux-capacitor could just quit.

nah its normal...oh um someone make our cars run on bio diesel please...thank you..can someone invent bio gasoline?
