Ebay adjustable suspension, anyone comment?

hey all, can u guys check out this ebay auction...for springs
I'm looking for adjustable springs and these look like something good, too bad its not a brand new, im no expert, suggestions welcome...

There was just a sticky here about this... the general consensus was no... i think what was said is they are too short/small and the springs are compressed too much to offer you a reliable setup.
