Small problem, fishing for a wire

Post by jbruynson »

To get my Starter/alarm to work properly, I needed to fix the switches on the doors that control the interior lights going on and off. This is obviously an easy task, and the passengers door was. But when I unscrewed the one on the drivers door, the wire wasn't even attached.

The hole isn't too big, and i've tried fishing for the wire with no luck. I haven't been able to find a way into that little compartment just infront of the quarter panel under the bottom of the door.

Any ideas?

The simples thing to do is remove the rear seat cushion pop the rear plastic panel loose crip on a new spade terminal and push it through the hole with your fingers

Yep, remove the interior panel, find the wire, pop on a new connector - then plug it in
