IHI VJ11 equivalent to??

I just upgraded my IHI-VJ14 turbo with a IHI-VJ11 turbo and was just wondering what turbo that would be equivalent to(16G..)
Also how much boost can the VJ11 push??

The IHI VJ-11 is only slightly bigger than the VJ14 but it is still a small turbo, nowhere near the size or flow of the T28, T3 or 16g turbos. In terms of boost you can run up to around 15/16psi on that turbo before it becomes inefficient, of course you need to have enough fuel and correct ignition to support this level of boost on a MX3.
I am running the same IHI VJ-11 turbo right now at about 10psi on my MX3.
