So... how do you open it? I thought all of our sunroofs were power sunroofs, but it would appear that I am wrong.

Got any pics?

All of them I've seen thus far are all powered sunroofs. And believe me, I've been looking at them. I spent a little less than 2 hours of my life last Saturday pulling my sunroof out and installing another one that I pulled from a 93 SE.

Its probably an aftermarket sunroof. It may be possible to pull a sunroof unit from a junkyard and switch it over if the one you have in right now is the same size, that is if you're looking for a powered one. The stock sunroofs are relatively easy to switch, just heavy and a pain to hold up as you do it.

The stock one should look like this under the headliner (and well on the roof of your car of course):

yeh mine isnt that big or heavy, it has a little lever i push up and the sunroof goes up..

it has cool carbonfiber type glazing on the top or in it too, so it doesnt let tons of sun in during the summer..

So, it's translucent? You can see through it? Because then, it's a moonroof! :P
