Some of you have seen my thread in the appearance section. My MX-3 has been in the shop all summer for extensive body work and modification. It's almost finished, but once I get it back it will never be driven in the winter again.
So over the summer I've been working on this badboy a bit, to function as my all-purpose vehicle.
It's got a 4" Rubicon Express lift, BF Goodrich Mud Tires, a custom-made carbon fiber hood and front/rear push bars. I'm waiting on some rock rails for the sides.

Nice all season beater!! Didn't know the roads in New Haven were that bad to warrant a bad boy like that. Or are you subject to severe snowstorms, landslides, floods or live out in the country where the roads are not paved or maintained. Or have a steep hill to your house as I do to traverse in which case I just back up the driveway with my all season Protege. j/k

Man when i lived in CT (New London) i didnt need a beast like that, my Little golf got me around just fine. But it would have been alot more fun to drive around in that

Ya, last years with my 626 with snow wires, I was driving on the shoulder with an Avalanche and a Ranger 4x4 at about 80km/h, car performed great, even tho i could feel snow hitting the bottom of the car, it was a great drive.

I have no problems with snow here. For some strange reason, my husband wants to move to Maine so he could watch me suffer. I hate cold... Hmm... Pacific Islander that's lived in the south for most of my life... yeah... cold and I don't cooperate
