hi all
ive noticed that one of the drivebelts on my 95 MX3 (K8) is looking rather the worse for wear. i looked in the shop manual and i cant figure out from the picture which one is which.
the frayed one is the outermost one (i.e leftmost belt , nearest the wheel when under the car).... what does this belt drive?
it looks like it will last a while more, but im worried that if it is the belt responsible for the water/oil pump then i will replace it immediately.
thanks!
question on drivebelts

I don't know which engine you have, but if it is a v6 then the belt you are refering to is the A/C alternator belt. The oil pump is not belt driven. The inner belt turns the P/S pump and water pump.
1992 mx-3, a couple mods, i'm still a n00b
