My father is having trouble taking off the cover
all bolts have been removed, here is a picture of where we are at.
more him because i have now refused to work with him as we are The father and son from West Coast Choppers. Paul and the other dude.
SO, here is a picture where we are at, shoudl this just remove easily or do we have to take off the other pully?
we have tried out impact gun on the pully, although it seems we need a heavier duty gun to break it free as it has not moved in a long time.

use the plastics flexibility to your advantage, start with the back cover, its the easier one to get off, just wiggle it around and it will come off. and no you dont need to remove the crank pulley to get it off, its alot easier with it off, but its still easily done with it on.

to get the " bleeping" cover off you got to undo the "bleeping"
crank shaft pulley which is tourqued to "bleeping" 250 Lb's or
more.
Don't flex the "bleeping" cover as it shatters.
"bleeping " good luck........
