Fuel Filter replacement

Post by ariesdude »

Hi, Could anyone please give me some tips about fuel filter replacement - the main things are - where to look for the filter under the hood and is there anything to watch out for or is there any special technique/procedure to follow for replacing the filter. Thanks for all the help.

It is basically on the firewall behind where your throttle body is. Kinda a pain in the butt to get to but not too hard. No special tools needed. replaced mine last night in 20 minutes. BE CAREFUL as your fuel system is under pressure and might squirt gas. Do it when the car is cold.

kinda like that. I think the MX-3 one is easier to get too.
