i lost my two bolts holding my tranny in.

anybody know the size of them so i can get some replacement ones at the hardware store? im driving with just a nut holding my transmission on. and i dont feel good about it. Thanks

I went to some botl place to get mine...looked it up in the phonebook. But on this new tranny i lost one bolt....but its been holding on fine for about 2 years now : P

Go to a good bolt supply house / Fastener place.

I forgot what size they are, I think m14 I know the thread pitch is 1.25 'cause I just recently had to buy some. Just measure how long you need it will prolly be about 70-90mm depending on which bolts you lost, they will cost about a buck a piece and you will more then likely get 8.8 rated bolts which is equal to about a grade 5 SAE. you lost two bolts and that was all you had holding the tranny on. It has something like 6 that hold it to the motor total, why the hell would you run your car with so few??? Not smart...

well i lost the two holding it to the mount on the car on the far rite. thanks guys. i will probly go to a screw place to get em i dont want to pay a dealership an extra $5-20 for screws.

dealer ship wants $4 just for a lug nut its probably $50 each for the stupid bolts jeeze they piss me off!!!!!

ps and of course im not an idiot i did not pay for them i got them from canadian tire for 94c each but that might be just as bad cause there a bunch of retards
