New N/A best time at the track

Finally i get a decent time at the track. If you all have followed me in the past you will know that ive been having some huge power issue with my car over the past year or so. Anyways i found out that one of them was my seized rear calipers. Still the other is unknown. All i have to say now is that i currently am running 87 octane, have no egr, and am getting an easy 30mpg. Also when i made it to the track the other day i hit a 15.02 at 92mph right off of the freeway with my clutch slipping and a bad start.

My last best time ever have been 15.08 at 90mph with my cars interior stripped out, running 91, timing up all the way with a good clutch. With a full interior i think the best i was able to hit was a 15.2 at 88

So needless to say my car is running better than ever now even on real ------ gas (for some odd reason) and with some decent tires, replaced clutch, and 91 i should be around 14.7 or so.

Hey I finally got to the tracks a couple of weeks ago and ran pretty decent with stock 1.8 exhaust manifolds and exhaust piping, cheap air filter, kl-02 maf, kl-01 ecu and on stock tires. I could launch pass 2000 rpm otherwise wheel hop and burn out. I manage to run 14.6 at 94 mph. I expected more but i guess its about right with you guys who has ZE's. I was really hoping to run low 14's. I hope with turbo I will get in the 13's.

i would think that as long as you could somewhat hook up that a turbo would drop the .6 you need to run a 13 second quarter...nice times both of you BTW

when my motor was freshly installed, i ran a 13.88s with no interior. Since then, i blew my 3rd gear and got a trany replacment. now the best i've done is 14.36s . The engine isn't pulling like it used to. I think it was because of my trany swap. From the start, i had a custom copper clutch installed. It could really grab. i'm cirious if i still have that clutch in my current tranny. It doesn't slip, but it doesn't grab like i used to thats for sure.

94' 323 hatchback. KL-ZE, PR, Strut bars, Camber plates, mx-6 disc brakes all round.
