injector upgrading

what size are the stock injectors in my k8? what size should i buy as an upgrade w/o sacrificing my mid-throttle gas mileage?
your stock injectors are 180cc. You don't need to upgrade them unless going F/I
other than that
stock kl = 220cc drop in
kj (milli 2.3L) = 280cc drop in
kj (milli 2.3L 99+) = 330cc drop in / not proved yet
nissan injectors = almost every range of cc /need the fuel rail to be moddified a bit
