Finally, I got the Outlaw Engineering Thermoblok spacers kit installed.
Got my polished intake installed aswell, along with the rear valvecover.

The front valvecover we didnt dare to install yet, as it was really rusty on the inside. Gonna clean it up good, and install it :D

well, one pic for you: (gotta find the two I originally posted)

Im in the middle of polishing my ZE mani at the moment.

Im just gonna have it powder coated in chrome. I've removed all the mill marks and gonna get it to an OK shine just to eliminate any dips and what not.

Actually, I got a company to do it.
Didnt have the time or tools myself.

Still, not happy about the finish though.

Barry, I was planning on doing something similar this winter to my Millennia IM. Was looking at smoothing everything out and removing a lot of the casting burrs in preparation for powder coating along with the getting my spare set of VC's done the same colour too (a gun metal gray...I think). I didn't know you could get a powder coating in chrome. Were you or had you looked at smoothing the inside of the IM so as to improve air flow and assumably performance?

That looks pretty sweet man.. I might just have to do something like that to mine eventually.. definately adds to the looks of the engine bay. Cheers

Wow that is hot.

I'm having my IM and Valve cover cold tanked and powdercoated soon. After seeing those pics, I can't wait!
