what did taras use to make his? and has anyone considered the corvette z06 lights i parked nose to nose with one and they look like you could take the lenses off and trim the interor to fit in our lights

taras how did you make those.. they are gorgeous... looks like you molded other projectors into the body of our headlights with some kind of clear cover added in

It's never been a secret, I posted pictures last year.

Yep, pretty much it. Audi A6 Bi-Xenon projectors with Hella H9 High Beams. Clear cover is a stock cover sanded to clear.

I don't know why I haven't taken pics of these on the car yet, but will soon. They are custom 90mm Hella with a sanded stock cover. Took over a year to get the fitment, brackets and aiming perfect.
The sand to covers took FOREVER!! and still needs some tweaking. Any suggestions on how you sanded yours Taras? I used a Mouse sander with 80/120/400 grit and then 800/1000/2000 by hand then Meguires plastic cleaner and polisher. One of the covers still looks like it has thousands of minute scratches...

That's his old mx3.
He made a good write up to for the civic projectors too
