Engine swap

Hey. Am i right in thinkin that a B6t engine will go in my 1.6 dohc auto???

If it will, does any1 have any idea on what sort of power i will be producing??

not sure if it will fit with that tranny....but if i were you i'd got with a manual tranny anyway. alot more fun. the stock B6t puts out 132hp i believe but with a couple mods i believe you can get them to 170/180hp easily. not to sure though, im more of a GTX BPT/klde guy

It will fit onto that tranny. A local guy has a 323GT, with a G series protege tranny in it..which came out of a friend of mines sohc mx3...lol So it all fits.

The SOHC did not have a G-Series tranny.
