looking to buy a turbocharger

Iam currently looking to buy a turbo system for my 92mx3 v6. I know that i will not have enough money to buy a full kit so iam going to buy the turbo first and then get all the essential parts as time goes on. Does anybody know where i can get a turbo for my car. And if this is a good idea?

Ebay! Or get a j/y one and a rebuild kit. Don't forget yer gonna need a lot more than just a turbo!

I got a FMIC and injectors for $175 on ebay.

and where can i find just the turbo. I refuse to buy one off of ebay due to too many bad experiences?

id say junkyard.
Possibly look for one off of a late 80's supra.

I would actually suggest a T3 based turbo rather than the CT26 turbo that comes off the Supra since he has a V6 model MX3. He can make some good power with that turbo once everything else is in place and the car is tuned properly.
