I've been looking through here and trying to figure out how everyone is running their intercooler piping. I looked underneath my hood and I can't see how you run it without taking out some things. I'm going to get a free bp, and I was going to put new rings and some dish pistons. Just need some feedback on the equipment I was going to *try* to use. My friend has a talon and he might be giving me a turbo and a sidemount, just need some input on when the turbo would start to spool and how well that intercooler would work. I've got a friend that can fab up an exhaust manifold for me, and I plan to use the stock intake mani. Just trying to bounce some ideas off of you guys.

well here's how my piping will go. from the turbo it drops down under the A/C and kinda wraps around the passenger "tow hook" then out to the intercooler. from the other side of the intercooler there was a small hole that the stock intake pulled air from. i expanded this hole to fit my piping. after the hole the piping turns up 90 degrees and comes out into the engine bay next to the coolant overflow tank and continues on to the throttle body....here's some pics...they don't really show the piping that well but it will give you an idea. i could get boost to generate at 2000 rpm with this setup(stock BPT GTX).
