Cheap Tires?

Post by Ricksmx3 »

Anyone know a good site to get good cheap tires? The cheapest i can find is $67 shipped for 205/40/17's. Any others cheaper than that?

Check in the F/S forum. I believe Kokiriwave has a set on rims even cheaper than that. Guess it depends on what you want and what you are expecting to get out of the tires.

Maybe you should have tires like the Flinstones had. Just round chunks of rock. Maybe they'd be cheaper than what you're looking for now. Could probably fasten some of those plastic spinner hubcaps on there too.

You would find that funny seeing as you're supposedly 98 YEARS old! You're practicly from the Flinstones era! Solid rock tires remind you of the "good ol' days".

Regaurdless of if they fit or not, it will throw off your speedo a bit. Supposedly 205 40 17 are the closest to stock

if your car is an RS the best tires to fit are 205/40/17, if its a GS then the best is 215/40/17.

Those are the closest matches to the stock tire sizes you can get. The stock 185/65/14 of the rs doesnt quite match the diameter of the 205/55/15 of the GS
