Help Code 69

I just did the paper clip diagnostic and i got a code od 09 and 69 I cant fing code 69 any where please help

Code 69 is the water thermosensor, same as 09. Temp gauge working?

code 69 is coolant thermosensor, 2nd last page of this link.

code 69 means you need to get layed :) .. j/k

Temp gauge working. So i Guess all i need to do is chage the coolant temp sensor.

the gauge runs off of a third one wire sensor and has nothing to do with the thermosensors. make sure u get the mazda sensors don;t go for hte aftermarket because u might get the wrong one. there like 45 bucks from mazda

i got the same thing. drftking do you ever change the sensor. I have no clue to where it's at. the link does not work for me.

remember that u got the klde and a k8 ecu..maybe thats the source of the problem.

now I got code 69.. when i got the car from the shop, the tmp gauge was not working. There was a sensor that is for the gauge connected to the engine itself. Plugged it in started working. I removed the coolant temp sensor and the fan started woprking, put it and it would stop. I connected everything and turned car off (did not reset codes) ok so fan is turning on normally now gauge is working. I went for a drive, came back pull codes..code 69. Im going to reset codes. I know for sure its either the collant temp sensor or that sensor that is a little copper stick and a connector comes out. Its the one next to the injector the little black one. :) ill reset codes and let you know what happpened.

well yeah I do need to by a new gf :x haha anywho cleared codes and its all good. :) code 69 is for that little black connector and the coolant temop sensor. :)
