30000 volts. You can upgrade to one such as the blaster 2 which puts out, 15000 more volts? I think its around 45000. But the stock is 30,000 volts im damn well sure.

they dont actually put out that much voltage. they are CAPABLE of puting out that much. the spark voltage is only around 10-15kV. you really have no use for a more capable coil. unless you're running MSD.

He said how much power DOES it have, not how much does it actually output :)

I also figured if he is asking im sure its not out of sheer curiosity, so I assume he had something in mind requiring an upgrade. Such as an MSD.
Thus telling him he can get one such as the blaster with a higher voltage

thanks i just got an accel super stock 45,000 wanted to see if it was worth it to put on.

I made a custom bracket for holding on a CDI ignition box and an accel super coil (massive coil, that one). I didn't really do it for extra performance (there really is none to be found, short of an MSD box, but even then.... power gains are for the most part unlikely) but rather because it looks kewl :P

I had the stuff lying around from one of my dad's science experiments at work, so I figured I'd use it. Free stuff rulez.

Other than that, don't bother spending money on any ignition components if you're not gonna go all the way. In other words, don't bother. Unless you have a turbo, you don't REALLY need that much more ignition energy. Extra volts from the coil will NOT make your car produce more power.

How about better fuel economy?
