2.0 L engine??

Hey wut's up, I was wondering how hard or easy would it be to put in the 2.0 engine into the Mx... I know theres a guy w/ one running like 20 somthing lbs of boost. Is this the 2.0 probe / Mx-6 engine? And how good is it? I've never really been able to find any info on this... Thanks

I believe you're talking about one of the F series engines, which IIRC are designed for RWD applications, use different transmissions, and don't have the same motor mounts. In other words, to use one, it'd cost $$$$$ in custom work.
Trust me, the 1.8L BP engine is an awesome engine with a lot of potential and aftermarket support. I've seen guys running 20+ lbs of boost on them too. An expensive but possible mod for them too is to get a stroker kit that'd increase the displacement to 2.0L... I know Flying Miata makes one, but it's like 3500 USD.... Toda Racing made one a while back supposedly..... look around.
