do you know a Dealer, who sells KLDE or KL03 engines?

i have only found KLZE dealers. but no one who sells the DE/03 engine

Have you searched the companies websites, cause they can sell both. To be honest, unless you buy the KL03 at a junkyard, it will cost you almost the same as a KLZE engine, so why buy it. Go with the KLZE. If you want it for $500 or less, go to PicknPull, Ebay, or a local junkyard.
