I have a 94 GS and I wanted to know if there are specific styles that will bolt to the factory spoiler. I've seen pictures but not sure of the style(s). Could someone let me know. I'm Stumped.

Oh god, I hope this is a joke....
Your Mx3 is already riced out with that crap you put on it
Please, just takeoff that crap and sell your MX3. Go buy a Saturn or something... rice that up

I'm sure a wing is going to help out performance at 60mph right

Dont worry, but I am sure your going to get people to turn heads on the streets to look at your Mx3 right? Dont worry, there just going to laugh at the look of your car because your going to look real stupid in it...

I agree with the rice thing..but well last time I checked thasts HIS car hes talking about.. No one ever stopped me from doing carbon fiber alteezas or projectors on my car.... GS = Go Slow..anywho... Yes a n aluminium wing looks ugly..wy because our car just doesnt nhave the shape..Yes I have seen it on a gs and even rs..looks ugly BUT if you like it..buy it. Its your car and no one can stop you from doping whatever you want. It would be funny if someone would try to tell me how to dress LOL Besides..no one has ever stopped the ricers from doing what they want right? Of course I would tell you to invest that money in something else..save up for a klze but well thats my opinion. To answer your question yes they bolt on and look ugly, Tere is one wing that does fit and it costs over 300 dlls whic I wouldnt spend on. Your car your choice.

If you view all his posts he claims to have a KL-ZE...
I wonder if he is telling the truth...

aluminum wings are universal, so you can use any wing you want. just drill some holes in the factory spoiler and bolt it in. but would no doubt look hidious.

while i'm not a fan of the aluminum wings someone in here has an mx3 with lots of work done to it including putting an aluminum wing on it... no idea where though... but if you do it... make sure you put it on a hatch that doesn't have the stock wing... but seriously there are many other wings to choose from that you should check otu first...

... and guys.. seriously... the kid just started posting here... lets try and guide him a little not scare him off.. there are too few of us left as it is, but that pic sam put up was funny

haha just kidding.. if you really want a universal aluminum wing, i'd go with something short, like the one on mazdamaniac's car. (no more than 4") sorry i cant find any pix, but it looked pretty slick! 8) you'd of course have to get a hatch garnish for the bottom, and drill your own mounting points.. but it might look cool.

imo, our cars just dont have the right back end for those wings to look cool on.

again i'm with you sam! If you do it use a hatch garnish, don't drill into your stock wing. If you wait a month or so, i'll even give you my garnish, just pay shipping! Personally, I think aluiminum wings don't look right, but look around there are so many to choose from, you might find one that is rounded enough to look ok. They are not fun to install either, but depending on your skill level, you'll be alright. If you do find an aluiminum wing that works with the bodystyle, I'd love to see it!

it doesn't have to be a "tin" wing that you get. they make aftermarket wings for mx-3's. or do what i did, get a wing from another car and put it on. mines off a nissan 300zxImage

There are a few aluminum wings that look pretty good on an Mx-3 as long as you don't put it too high.

Personally, I never like the wing-on-a-wing thing...it never looked right, but if you get a hatch garnish, it should look pretty good, depends on the style, but it's personal preference reallyl. There's a local Mx-3 that has that setup, it looks pretty gimp, bit also have flames and dragon and stuff, the whole car is pretty hideous, i really need to get a picture of it.

I like stock gs spoiler, and projectors... I wouldnt consider rice, every mx3 would benefit with projectors since stock lighting sucks on every stock mx3.

Please dont put a wing on your MX3
Stock spoiler looks great
Please, we dont need another awful looking riced MX3 running around. In my opinion, we already have too many.
Just my thoughts because come on, wings on a MX3, infact, anything is just stupid

Thanks for all the "positive" feedback brothers. You are right, I'm learning. I've joined the MX-West club ( Calgary ) so watch what you say :D Please get back to me on the garnish I need for the aftermarket wing, I'd appreciate that
