I have a 93 mx-3 4 cil, manual and any time i am idling and turning the steeering wheel the RPM increase considerably. I have no idea if that is something good ar bad, i bought the car like that. What could be the cause?

about how much is it going up? are we talkin hundreds or is it jumping alot higher?
