cv joint into tranny question
ok, so i got my passenger side cv joint in without problem, but then i tried to put the drivers side in, and it only goes in about 2/3 the way before it stops and doesnt go in anymore.. i shined some light into the hole to see what was up, and right where the splines stop inside the tranny is about 1/3 inch thick steel rod that is stopping the cv joint from going in.. is this a normal piece or does this mean that my 4th tranny is bad again...
