my car runs fine till i get to half a tank of gas.
after the half way point it runs funny, if I try to make a turn its starts jumping like a fish outa water, I think its my fuel pump but I called the mazda dealership and they are baffled.... was hoping I havent found a problem no else has. as long as I stay above a half a tank it runs fine!
can some one help please!?
BTW I have a 93 gs 1.8 v6 5 speed.... and yes I'm good with a stick shift,
however the "jumping like a fish outa water" reminds me when I first started driving a clutch!

It could be some rubbish in the tank blocking the pump inlet. If it's floating junk, it wouldn't get near the inlet till the level falls.
Re-shaped and re-sized gearshift lever. Best driveability mod you can do!
