High Beam Picture is kind of useless in the fog. One day I will snap one in the dark without fog. Here you go: Dual High Beams - Xenon and Halogen. Halogens are aimed too high.

So how are your HIDS in fog and snow? My friends TSX came with some nice ones... but they are so damn bright that in fog or snow you can't see a thing. We went to go see a movie in ottawa (45min highway drive) and on the way back the visibility was bad. We took 2 cars, the TSX and a cavalier.... the cavalier kicked the TSX's a-- on the way back because the TSX couldn't see s---, had to do like 80kph on the 401. The low beams on the TSX are equal to high beams on a normal car... very bad for fog/snow, cant see 10 feet in front of you.
In normal conditions they kick a-- though.

TSX HID's are bright and good. But why would you drive faster than 80kph in very poor visibility? Yes HID'S will reflect more in fog, snow and rain, but with a sharp cut-off, they have less glareback in poor weather. I like my HID's beacuse I can see better than my old lights. But I do agree that good Halogen lights in good optics are better in poor weather due to their colour rendering index. My fogs will be yellow soon, and I will use them in poor weather in conjunction with HID's, like Lexus. Disagree that HID's of TSX are like high beams of a hormal car. They would be focused differently. May be you guys in Cavalier had more of a death wish than the friend in a TSX or he tried to use his high beams in the fog ;(
Just had snow here and HID's were awesome. Don't mind them in a fog, but then I don't drive fast in the fog. Much better in the rain too, although black roads suck.
