zx2 struts and springs

I found a set of stock 2002 zx2 springs and struts on ebay and was wondering if I can use my stock stut mounts and bearing plates with them. also will they(the springs) lower the car, and how much ?

u should be able to do the swap but witch springs ull use with it ?

I want to see if I can use the zx2 springs as well, since they are being sold with the springs. I'm still waiting to here from Gro as he has done this swap, to see how much the drop was. Thanks for the info, I should be able to mod the strut mounts myself

ooh yeah, looking forward to thursday!! I don't know how they'll effect ride height (the springs) but I know the struts have got to better than mine. Hey, may have a rally mx3 that can handle my aftermarket bumper cover...I'll post, with pics of before and after if possible.

Hey guys! They have arrived. I thought these were off a normal zx2, as the auction said nothing about the car being an SR. I'm surprised that the struts are Tokico and the part numbers nearly match the tokiko's from the SR. (maybe the listed part number is the number for the entire set, while the struts have their own individual part numbers?) The springs also have close numbers to the eibach springs for the SR, but say nothing else on them. Anyone know anything on this?
Can I get the thrust bearings and new upper strut perches for a zx2 from any ford dealership?
Conversion begins Sunday!
