Looking to buy a new project car real soon..

Well i sold my baby today.. Had it 3 years just couldnt seem to keep interested in it driving it every day.. So.. I'm looking for a new car.. Any year mx3 running or not but it has to be a 5 speed prefferrably a 4 cyl and reasonably priced.. (cheap) It doesnt have to run or have all the interior. Just a straight body etc.. Basically a rolling chassis.
