quickest fix for these types of things, is as follows.
Get all the financial transaction details,
file a fraud complaint with the police in your area and they will liase with the police in the area of the Business in Question.
Also write down all the addresses available and contact details of ppl you have spoken to and phone numbers to contact them with.
good luck with everything

If you payed by Paypal, I'd file before it becomes a month. You can also file with Ebay.

Forget about the bumper man, they obviously don't wanna send it too you or else they would have done so by now. Get the Po involved before it's too late. Get your money back and get a bumper somewhere else. Scammers should be publicly humiliated and beaten.

Ha well finally recieved the bumper from them , my word still stands do not deal with this company , The quality is horendous,I swear it must have took them 15 minutes to construct this bumper the fiberglass is 2 layers thin and the gelcoat is similar to the paint that you would use on a yard fence . They fixed their mistakes with finish bondo , What a Crappy company I'm not going to dare send it back but I have some extensive work on my hands here , wish me luck guys.
One word for this company ---Rediculous.
