Seller Complaint: justin h

I purchased a set of used ZX2 struts and new strut bearings from him in November of last year. I received everything promptly, but one of the struts was damaged in transit (I could push the shaft in with my hand and it would not come back out on its own.) I emailed Justin that he would need to file a claim with FedEx and called FedEx who picked up the package. I didn't hear anything for months (and I mostly forgot it was still pending.) I emailed him toward the end of April and he emailed back that he had not contacted FedEx. Since then I've sent him emails to make sure he has contacted FedEx, but have heard nothing. I've told him that if he doesn't get back to me by Friday to just send me my money back and he can deal with FedEx to get his stuff back.

Although he doesn't seem to be a bad seller (or person for that matter,) I really wish he would make an effort to resolve this situation quickly.

I heard from him today and he's getting stuff moving with FedEx. I'll post back with the resolution when it comes.

u know, the title of the thread makes it seem like its a complaint about yourself. anyway, good luck with your transaction, i hope u dont get ****ed out
