I got my package today

2 chopped peices of **** springs, not coilovers not a strut in site and the box it is sent in was a kyb box.

so i got ****ed over basically either by this guy
or by the USPOST/Canadian post

Where did the guy live?
If he scammed you, contact your local police department, maybe a lawyer. Mail fraud is a BIG BIG NO-No.

lives in New York i got his phone number and his mom and dad always answer.

Im calling him again in about... 30 minutes....
to see if hes home to question him.

if he did send it then we will need to fill out claim forms for lost suspension on my end and on his end then they investigate it.... then they reinburse HIM< NOT ME which is even more risk cause he might get double the money then he has to send me the money.

post offices are garbage and should be more accountable of every employee who touches a package and what they were doing to it and those names attached to a sheet once delivered.

anyway i look at it i got screwed.

Talk to his parents. Let them know if this is not resolved in 48 hrs your going to your local police department and filing a mail fraud police report and giving them his info, if hes under 18, its their responsobility.

deffinatly i might need some help along the way but ill be going to the police otherwise.

i called and asked his mom some questions his mom says he sent the stuff.....

ill wait a couple days and see if anything else turns up. Worst case i have all the paypal reciepts and messages to find out what to do next.

I think this is the same guy who I'm involved with. If so, I'll be contacting my lawyer tomorrow...get in contact with me David so we can exchange information and report this to the authorities.

PS: He "sold" me MS Struts too.

yeah this guy jacked me of over $400usd so far, i this deal went bad over 2 years ago and im still screwed i needed a fender,hood,and i was getting intrax springs,i sent him the money and he sat on it for about a month and then i started calling everyday and his mom would answer and i got real mad and they finally told me that he had joined the military ,well teling me that was a dumbazz idea, u cant hide in the military, newayz they finally sent me a hood he said it was in perfect condition, well my azz it was in perfect condition it had bondo all over it and it was a really crappy job just my thoughts

custommx-3 is right thats mail fraud hes sending you nothing at all or stuff that he says is something that is not at all.

ok i have 2 phone numbers of his, and i have his 3 email addresses and his name, the name he gave me was mark phillips Jr.

ive spoken to his mom and dad.

how do you guys want to go about this then?
