get the police on his *** you have his address and proof of funds transfer.... and havnt recieved the goods. IN other words he gets jail time or big time hassles with authorities.

Taking your $$ and not sending parts is mail fraud. Get the proof of purchase (not a UPC code, some sort of proof that u sent him $$), and contact yours and his local police department.
