I am very pleased with the quality of the engine and transmission I purchased from Osaka. Shipping took a little extra time, which is alright. However, they shipped me a Straight Neck Intake after requesting a Curved. Apparently They dont know the difference, because when contacted they said mine was a curved neck. All in all, I say they were good to deal with.

I contacted them and they must not know there intake manifolds. Because even though I sent them a picture, they say its curved neck. They clearly dont know angles.

they know it's a straight neck and don't care, it's too much hassel to send the motor backl because of the intake

thats how they screw ya :rant2:

Just take a picture of your engine with allong with the bill of sale, and then send it to them in an e-mail along with a pic of a curved neck emgine.

you dont have to send the engine back, or demand a refund, but you should at least get them to admit that they sent the wrong engine and that they dont know what they are talking about.

The engine in the pics on their site is a straight neck...did you look at it?

yes that was my point, they obviously don't know the difference between the straight or curved intake.

which is why a carefull person would find a pic of a curved neck engine (like the one above) and send it to the engine supplyer to make sure they have the right one. :) befor ordering.

silly rabbit.

I'll take a straight or a curved neck for $650 as long as it has 10:1 compression, KL31 heads and cams

I would take a picture of your engine and a curved neck...Then go into great detail on the difference between a straight 180 degree line and one that has a bend in it. Then go apply the newly learned geometry to the neck..Give them a quiz on a separate sheet of paper to be turned into you for grading... Treat them like they're in kindergarten...lol

Hey. I just went to the Osaka website, it seems they have changed there 'warranty'. Many things are now different on the page. Buyer beware! DO NOT PURCHASE anything from OSAKA. I was lucky enough to have gotten a KLZE, but the mileage of 30-50,000 is completely WRONG!

its seems osaka screwed over quite a few ppl and blatently lieing about what goods their clients are getting.

kinda like ordering an apple and they say they have the best apples then you get it and its an orange.

if you all band together you can sue the **** out of them and take all their klze's and use the spare parts.
