Negative for Golliwog

Ive bought mazda mx-3 hatch shade off of him through ebay. Got my account suspended cause of him leaving negative for me just a few days after auction, he didnt even send me any notices or anything to tell me to pay/payment reminders, etc. Guy only got 3 feedbacks 1 is negative. Ive got 45 POSITIVE feedbacks. Ive paid him few days after auction through paypal at account address he told me to pay to. Get this, that accoung number/address isnt even registered, and he says that ive never sent him payment, what a $(*U&@#(&
How could you accept payment if you didnt even register account name youve told me?!?! Says that he sold hatch shade to someone else, this guy is ridiculous, DON'T sell/buy/deal with this guy. You WILL regret it.
