we should ban dead beats. anyone that has not followed through on any transaction should be banned so other people dont get jacked. one time is more then enough. i noticed for a board of such small numbers we have a huge amount of shady people. thats not cool

As said, MX-3.com is not responsible for people buying/selling products. People really should check for feedback before ordering anything. Get phone #'s, call and verify the name/address/phone is who they say they are.
If you got the phone #, u got all you need to find out everything about them.

It happened to my friend paul. I called th epolice, and his parents. We got the $$ back.

its not that simple, i got the guys name, address, phone number and his bank account number, he still ripped me off and some other people, also this was before the feedback section. also banning the person wont do anything, i know for a fact that the guy switched his name and still is on the site, other people know this and know the person but still stick up for the loser. there is no way around this, its just sad that there are people on this site that rip off fellow members.i have bought about 160 items off ebay with no problems at all but the first 2 things off the forum were just bad rip off experiences, at least the third transaction went better than i hoped.

call the police...
if it was from the us to canada
it violates federal laws.......
