need definate atx to mtx parts list (4 cyl)!

I read the v6 atx to mtx swap in the FAQ, but I don't know how much of this applies to the 4 cyl. I've searched the site and haven't found what I need to know. The car is a '95 MX-3 dohc 4 cyl.

1. I have the mtx, flywheel, clutch, tranny mounts, shifter and linkage from a '94 Sephia, and the master cyl. from a 93 Escort. Will these work?
2. Do the axles (one or both) have to be swapped?
3. What exactly has to be done for the reverse lights and neutral safety switch?
4. Other than the pedals, are there any other parts that I'll need?

I've searched but I can't find any definitave answers on this. any help from someone who has done this swap on a 4 cyl. would be "greatly" appreciated.
